Compliance
The Dincel product is at the forefront of innovative construction by focusing on rigorous testing to meet and exceed industry standards.
To understand how Dincel complies with the requirements of Civil and Transport authorities (such as a minimum 120 year life and concrete compaction), please download the following document:

Dincel has undergone extensive large-scale fire testing to demonstrate safety in a variety of scenarios. The tests and assessments were performed by reputable NATA accredited authorities such as CSIRO and Warringtonfire.
The Dincel formwork material is comprised of certain additives which enhances fire performance. In the event of a fire, the material safely chars and intumesces (it does not form molten droplets or spread fire). The solid concrete within provides the necessary fire rating.
Based on tests completed at CSIRO’s Acoustic Laboratories, National Acoustic Laboratories and laboratory test data, Dincel Structural Walls 110mm, 155mm and 200mm and 275mm have proven acoustic performance ideal for applications such as sound walls.
Dincel Walls have been tested for Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC), which have been measured to be 25 times less than the recommended Green Star environmental threshold making it a proven choice for sustainable construction.
Dincel Walls with concrete infill can create earthquake, cyclone and hurricane proof walls through ductile composite action, thus achieving greater safety than offered by concrete alone.
Dincel panel joints when filled with are concrete are waterproof as confirmed by CSIRO for up to 6m of water head pressure.
Dincel Structural Walling is a concrete wall encapsulated by permanent polymer formwork. If the polymer formwork of Dincel-Wall is removed for any reason, the remaining component is the concrete which is in compliance with the Concrete Structures Code AS 3600 (as certified by The University of New South Wales and The University of Technology Sydney).
All Dincel polymer panels and accessories are BEP (Best Environmental Practices) certified. The polymer PVC used is heavy metal stabiliser and plasticiser free.
